Respiratory Therapist (RRT-NICU)We are seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist (RRT-NICU) to provide high-level care in various pediatric settings. The successful candidate will work within the NICU, PICU, and CVICU, primarily with pediatric patients.ResponsibilitiesDeliver respiratory care in NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings.Perform assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to pediatric patients.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.May float to various locations, including children's rehabilitation facilities and NICUs across the region.QualificationsMust have an active Ohio RRT license in hand.A minimum of two years of experience in pediatric respiratory therapy, specifically in NICU, PICU, and high-level care environments.Current certifications: NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS are required.Experience in Level 4 care settings is essential.ScheduleFull-time shifts available, with options for 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts.Additional RequirementsAll work history, including previous relevant positions, must be documented in your profile.Required to complete two fingerprinting processes prior to start date.All requests for time off (RTO) and specific scheduling needs must be communicated upfront during the submission and interview process.
