Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist at SaniCare Rehab Clinic, you will work in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy care to patients, ensuring each individual's treatment aligns with their specific goals and needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload, allocating sufficient time and focus to every patient to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Bring expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing previous experience to inform treatment approaches and improve patient mobility.
• Identify effective and economical treatment modalities for enhancing patients' movement capabilities.
• Promote non-surgical therapeutic solutions, reducing dependence on medication through evidence-based practices.
• Create and implement comprehensive care plans, applying a variety of treatment techniques to meet diverse patient needs.
• Design fitness and wellness initiatives tailored to each patient's individual requirements and health objectives.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery process, helping them celebrate their progress and setbacks alike.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, for comprehensive care and optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Continuously assess and evaluate treatment effectiveness while diligently tracking and documenting patient progress and outcomes.
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and treatments in compliance with clinic standards using EMR systems, particularly Web PT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve range from athletes recovering from injuries to individuals undergoing rehabilitation post-surgery or managing chronic conditions that affect their physical capabilities. By employing a tailored, hands-on approach, you will play a critical role in helping these individuals enhance their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, ultimately transforming their day-to-day living experiences.

Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• An active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• A clean professional history; free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proven expertise in a variety of manual therapy techniques.
• Strong capability to deliver effective exercise programs that promote patient engagement.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate and thorough documentation.
• Solid knowledge of current physical therapy practices grounded in research findings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting, preferably in a sports medicine rehabilitation environment.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful exercise and rehabilitation programs.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic tools and techniques utilized within the rehabilitation community.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
