Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a plus.Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct departmentCommunicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.Answers incoming phone calls.
