Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments with new clients to understand their mental health history and create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Deliver consistent individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, while adapting approaches to meet each client's needs.

• Document all client interactions meticulously through robust progress notes, tracking patient progress and adhering to organizational procedures and compliance standards.

Qualifications\n
