Full Charge Bookkeeper | Knoxville, TN | In-Office ONLY

Are you a bookkeeping professional who thrives on keeping financials organized and accurate? Do you enjoy working with a variety of businesses and helping clients stay on top of their accounting year-round?

We're partnering with a well-established public accounting firm seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to support a portfolio of business clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an expert in QuickBooks Online .

In this role, you'll work directly with multiple clients, helping them maintain accurate financial records throughout the year so they're prepared for a smooth and successful tax season.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts.
• Set up and maintain companies in QuickBooks Online.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and prepare journal entries as needed.
• Organize and maintain financial records for year-end tax preparation.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies while meeting client deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure outstanding client support.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
• Expert-level proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience managing bookkeeping for multiple clients or multiple business entities.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Public accounting or outsourced accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Accounting degree is not required—relevant experience is what matters most.
