We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Mandarin/English) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our VIP Patron by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:- Provide VIP customers with an enhanced on-site purchasing experience
- Handle customer inquiries via call and email
- Packaging, delivering and following logistics from international and domestic shipping
- Maneuver e-commerce system for online orders
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Working hours would be 9:00am - 6:00pm from Monday to Friday. Overtime or shift adjustments may be required in accordance with company directives.
Qualifications:
- Mandarin & English speaking, reading is must to have
- Experience in health industry or high-end retail is highly desirable.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
