Legal Secretary / Paralegal

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Paralegal or seasoned Legal Secretary to join our team in a full-time, on-site r ole. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced personal injury practice and enjoys working closely with attorneys and clients. Key Responsibilities Assist with all phases of personal injury litigation Prepare, draft, and file legal documents and pleadings Organize and maintain case files and discovery materials Conduct legal and factual research as needed Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Provide trial and hearing support when necessary Qualifications Experience as a Paralegal or senior-level Legal Secretary Strong knowledge of legal procedures and document preparation Discovery experience is a plus 3 - 5 years of Personal injury experience IS A MUST! Bilingual skills are a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred Starting pay up to $120,000 annually, depending on experience Temp-to-hire position with opportunity for long-term placement Competitive benefits package Generous PTO package This position will begin as an in-office role to allow for training, onboarding, and integration with our team.
