New Alternatives, Inc. is seeking dependable, organized, and highly professional Clerical Support Staff to support our growing behavioral health programs. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, strong communication flow, and excellent service to staff, families, and community partners.
Clerical Support Staff plays a key role in maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and responsive office environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.
Job Duties include: Front office tasks such as answering phones, copying, filing as well as back office duties such as billing, data entry, staff support. Must have high attention to detail and the ability to be a self starter.
Language Preferred: Spanish
SHIFT: Monday - Friday 9-5:30 or 9:30-6pm
