EIntegro Power Solutions, Inc. is a rapidly growing Silicon Valley-based technology company providing power solutions such as natural gas generations to utility companies and large-scale commercial and industrial (C&I) electrical consumers including data centers.

We are seeking a high-energy, technically adept Business Development Manager (Edge AI Solutions) to drive market expansion and forge high-impact commercial partnerships. In this role, you will champion the deployment of our cutting-edge Edge AI platform across commercial real estate, corporate headquarters, co-working spaces, university campuses, and decentralized IT server environments.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between commercial sales acumen and physical IT infrastructure. You bring an active network across Commercial Property Management, Building IT/Operations, and Enterprise Facility Management, along with practical familiarity in evaluating site readiness for server room retrofits, edge hardware, and power/cooling upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Partnerships

• Leverage Existing Network: Activate your relationships with Commercial Building IT Directors, Property Managers, and Facility Executives to generate pipeline, run pilot projects, and close qualified sales opportunities.
• Drive B2B Pipeline Growth: Identify and secure strategic commercial partnerships across key target sectors, including commercial real estate IT departments, property management firms, flexible workspace operators, and higher education institutions.

1. Sales & Marketing – Solution Driven

• Technical Consultative Selling: Engage directly with IT Directors and Property Executives to translate complex Edge AI, hardware, and software architectures into clear business ROI.
• Site Evaluation & Infrastructure Modernization: Collaborate with client engineering teams to assess and evaluate on-site IT/telecom infrastructure—including server room capacity, IDF/MDF setups, fiber/ethernet layouts, and power/cooling availability—for server room retrofits, server room upgrades, and Edge AI deployments.
• Deal Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial outreach and RFP responses to contract negotiation, SLA definition, and closing.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Internal Alignment: Partner closely with Solutions, Engineering, and Facilities teams to scope site retrofits and tailor deployments to building-specific network and IT constraints.
• Product Insights: Translate market intelligence, customer pain points (particularly around server room power/cooling limitations and retrofit hurdles), and competitive dynamics into actionable feedback for future Edge AI product roadmaps.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• Sales Track Record: 5+ years of proven B2B sales, Business Development, or Technical Account Management experience in Edge Computing, Telecom, Enterprise IT Infrastructure, or Smart Buildings.
• Server Room / Data Center Retrofit Experience: Direct project exposure to server room renovations, IT infrastructure upgrades, data center retrofits, or power/cooling equipment modernization in commercial or enterprise facilities.
• Target Industry Familiarity: Proven success selling into or partnering with Commercial Building IT, Facilities, and Operations teams, Co-working Space Providers (e.g., WeWork), or university IT departments.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong foundational understanding of:
• Telecommunication networks (LAN/WAN, Ethernet, Fiber, 5G).
• On-premise server environments, edge gateways, IT cabinet setups, rack integration, and power/cooling (HVAC/UPS) requirements.
• Edge AI inference concepts and IoT sensor integration.
• Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for opening doors across both senior executives (CTO, VP of Infrastructure) and technical gatekeepers (Facility Managers, IT Systems Engineers).
• Self-Starter: Thrives in fast-paced or ambiguous environments, capable of independently leading territory strategy and managing multi-stakeholder deals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Center & Retrofit Background: Prior experience managing or selling solutions involved in server room / enterprise IT facility upgrades, power distribution modifications, or infrastructure retrofits
• Network & Industry Contacts: Active, direct contacts with major property developers, commercial landlords, general contractors, or higher education IT procurement teams.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience at a Telecom Carrier, Network Infrastructure Provider, Data Center Operator, or Edge Hardware OEM.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
