Director, Business Intelligence

Requirements 8+ years of business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data strategy experience, including 6+ years leading high-performing teams. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Capability in coding languages such as Python or R including SQL. Previous experience in cloud-based data platforms, taking raw data and being able to create reporting from it, i.e. Databricks or Snowflake. Proficiency in BI Platforms such as Tableau or PowerBi with ownership of creation, sustainment and improvements to the reporting/systems. CRM tools and BI tool proficiency with the ability to create and distribute dashboards. Experience building and scaling business intelligence capabilities, reporting architecture, and data platforms in large, multi-site organizations preferred. Understanding of statistical methodologies including linear regression, logistic regression, etc. and expertise in at least one analytical software package such as Excel, SAS, and/or related. Expertise in project management with strong organization, time management, presentation and multi-tasking skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel, with ability to perform complex functions within Excel in order to manipulate and calculate data for analysis. Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed. Employee frequently is required to walk and sit. Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
