What you’ll do: Write, create, deliver, and manage a wide array of written educational content. Support the identification of appropriate presentation formats, styles, and designs, ensuring content accuracy and effectiveness. Craft support and educational articles for digital products, making complex topics easy to understand. Manage the complete lifecycle of written content projects, from inception to publication. Develop and oversee project timelines and resource allocation, ensuring all deadlines are met within established financial parameters. Collaborate closely with diverse internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, legal) and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure all written content adheres to established quality standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements. Must-Have Qualifications: 2 years of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
