Corporate Associate Attorney

Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions. Manage high client volume and workload responsibility. Advise clients on contract terms and legal implications of business operations. Develop strategies to manage risk exposure and prevent legal issues. Requirements 3-8 years of verifiable corporate experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of laws, rules, and court procedures. Ability to organize data into clear arguments. Handle sensitive matters confidentially. High degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
