Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial sessions to determine client needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that focus on behavioral change, emotional regulation, and cognitive restructuring.

• Provide couples therapy, utilizing techniques such as Communication Skills Training and Emotionally Focused Therapy to enhance interpersonal dynamics.

• Engage families in therapeutic sessions aimed at resolving conflicts and improving communication pathways.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
