Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will be instrumental in the lives of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a personalized caseload of clients, working to establish rapport and foster therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stabilize mental health states, review upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge when the time is appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and actively monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to determine the needs and appropriate interventions for new clients.
\n
• Documenting each session meticulously, keeping up-to-date progress notes that reflect each client's journey and developments.

• Engaging in weekly individual supervision for continued professional growth and adherence to best practices.

• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers to optimize care continuity and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves men, including adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Proven ability to meet credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.
\n
• At least one year of documented experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
\n
• Previous experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, as well as individual and group therapy.

• Proficient with technology; basic computer skills are essential for documentation and telehealth operations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
