Base pay range $120.00/hr - $150.00/hr Executive & Senior Leadership Search | Finance & Accounting Contract Duration: 3-6 months Compensation: $125-$150/hour Location: remote I’m working with one of my favorite clients, a Private Equity backed services/technology company, to hire an Interim Director, Strategic Finance/ Corporate Development to work alongside their C‑suite in driving a potential M&A transaction. This role is highly visible across the organization and with private‑equity stakeholders, and serves as a fast‑track feeder role for portfolio operations, VP, Finance, and CFO positions across the portfolio. Responsibilities Right hand to CFO & Director, providing data‑driven insights to investors and presenting clear narratives backed by data. Collaborate with operations, commercial, and functional leaders. Prepare executive‑level reporting packages and presentations for the Board, private‑equity sponsors, and lenders. Interact with PE owners on a daily basis. Qualifications and Experience 5–10 years of progressive Finance & Sell‑Side Transaction experience , ideally with a start in Investment Banking or Private Equity. Worked at or with PE portfolio companies. Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives, Board members, and investors.
