OneDigital is seeking a compensation analytics professional to own AI-driven benchmarking, job grading, and market pricing. You’ll shape compensation structures, partner with AI initiatives, and drive merit and bonus processes while monitoring equity and compliance risks. You’ll build dashboards and self-service reports for managers, collaborating with People Technology to meet data needs.
