About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the finance function, including FP&A, controllership, HR, and IT, with a focus on elevating performance, enhancing KPI visibility, and supporting M&A activity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO in a private equity-backed environment, with experience in multi-site, multi-entity operations, and a strong background in KPI-led decision-making. A growth-oriented mindset and exposure to buy-and-build strategies are essential, as is the ability to be onsite in the Atlanta metro area for 4 days a week. This role is particularly suited to finance leaders who thrive in complex, acquisitive businesses and are passionate about contributing to a high-caliber platform with a clear value creation plan. Experience in building products, construction, distribution, facilities services, or similar branch-based businesses is highly attractive. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the business is well-positioned for its next stage of growth, and will play a key role in the company's continued success.
