Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure milestones are met on schedule and within the designated budgetMaintain clear, timely, and concise communication with both internal teams and external clients, while keeping accurate digital and physical project recordsReview project proposals and plans to define project phases, timelines, budget limits, and material procurementCollaborate with project personnel to offer technical advice and resolve constraintsPrepares project reports for management, clients, and key stakeholdersReview ongoing status reports adjusting schedules and plans as necessary to keep the project on trackMaintain strict adherence to the project scope through order management tracking, verifying alignment with project shop drawings and contract documentsSupervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Education/Experience/Skills: Associate's degree in project management or related field, plus 1 - 3 years of experience in construction project management Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications is required Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent customer service skills and communication skills Possess strong technical proficiency in to effectively oversee job operations Be vigilant about safety Quality - conscious, oriented to excellencePhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
