You will play a key strategic and operational role , partnering closely with leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and compliance. From employee relations to shaping compensation strategies and fostering a positive workplace culture, you will be at the center of building a strong, scalable organization. What You'll Do Human Resources Leadership Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across a growing healthcare organization Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure compliance with all labor laws and minimize organizational risk Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Partner with our recruitment consultant to execute hiring strategies Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience Support workforce planning, promotions, transfers, and terminations Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures Oversee benefits administration, including insurance and retirement plans (401k) Partner with leadership on compensation strategy and workforce budgeting Oversee payroll processes for staff and providers Employee Experience & Relations Foster a positive, mission-driven workplace culture Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations Lead performance management processes, including annual reviews Support engagement initiatives and employee development programs HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and organizational charts Ensure proper documentation across the employee lifecycle Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks Conduct job analyses, compensation surveys, and training programs What You Bring Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of Human Resources experience (healthcare experience a plus) HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR), preferred Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws Experience with full-cycle recruiting and employee relations High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Key Strengths for Success Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Confident communicator and trusted partner to leadership High degree of integrity, judgment, and professionalism If you're ready to grow your career while helping build something meaningful , we'd love to meet you.
