Ihre Aufgaben Betreuung der Vertriebspartner und Kunden im B2B Umfeld mit Umsatzverantwortung – Verkaufsgebiet Niedersachsen und angrenzende Gebiete Kaufmännische und technische Beratung unserer Partner in den Bereichen Torautomation, Schranken, Pollersysteme, Türautomation sowie Personen- vereinzelungsanlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit Projektvertrieb und Produktspezialisten Strategischer Ausbau des Kundennetzwerkes mit Neukunden und Spezialisten für alle Produktbereiche Aktive Mitwirkung bei Messeauftritten und Seminaren sowie eigenständige Durchführung von Kundenschulungen Ihre Qualifikationen Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbares Kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Türen, Tore, Schranken, Poller, Zutrittskontrollsysteme und Personensperren Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Überzeugungskraft Affinität zu IT & neuen Medien, solide MS-Office Kenntnisse Hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 70 %) Wir Bieten Ihnen 70.000 - 85.000 Euro pro Jahr, je nach Erfahrung 30 Tage Urlaub Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag Zukunftsorientiertes und dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld Möglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung in einem stetig wachsenden internationalen Unternehmen Zusätzlich individueller, erfolgsorientierter Bonus Moderne EDV mit Laptop, Tablet und Firmenhandy Homeoffice während der Bürotage Firmen-PKW auch zur privaten Nutzung Wir sind ein Arbeitgeber, der Chancengleichheit fördert und sich für einen vielfältigen, diskriminierungsfreien Einstellungsprozess einsetzt.
