Practice Highlights: Independent practice with strong affiliations to both tertiary care hospitals and local community hospitals. Opportunity for directorship positions . Faculty role in an ACGME‑accredited program , with active involvement in teaching. Step into a busy, well‑established EP practice , supported by 8 Cardiologists and 12 providers and a thriving, organized device clinic. Perform a full range of advanced EP procedures: AICD/PPM implantations Atrial fibrillation ablations LAA closure devices Other cutting‑edge electrophysiology procedures Comprehensive cardiovascular services: Noninvasive, Invasive, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional, Structural Heart Large, in‑house diagnostic testing facility Full support teams to assist with patient care. Employed model with: Base salary in the 99th percentile of MGMA Productivity‑based incentives Partnership track Institutional support for academic involvement and research , with opportunities to mentor medical residents and cardiology fellows. Minimum Requirements: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology . Board Certified/Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. Valid New Jersey Medical License . Expertise in: Managing arrhythmias Performing ablations Implanting cardiac devices Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
