Our Food Runners are the bridge between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring dishes arrive at the table fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. If you’re fast on your feet and love making guests smile, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to the correct table and guest.
• Verify table numbers, seat positions, modifications, and special requests before leaving the kitchen.
• Clearly identify and describe each dish when presenting it to guests.
• Ensure all plates meet the restaurant’s presentation and quality standards.
• Communicate missing items, delays, or order concerns immediately to the kitchen and service teams.
• Assist the expo station with organizing tickets and coordinating food delivery.
• Follow allergy alerts and dietary instructions carefully.
• Help servers by providing guests with necessary utensils, condiments, share plates, and other requested items.
• Maintain clean and organized food-running stations, service areas, and kitchen pathways.
• Assist with clearing, resetting, and preparing tables when needed.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Complete assigned opening, shift-change, and closing duties.
• Support the front-of-house and kitchen teams as directed by management.

• Previous restaurant, food-running, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient during busy service periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow instructions.
• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn the restaurant’s menus, ingredients, and table layout.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
