Title: Sales & Business Development Senior Manager (Local Candidates to Tampa Bay area PLEASE! 75% travel, Trade Shows, Client Visits, etc. & Hybrid position.
Compensation: $165,000 base salary + commission/uncapped
Reports To: President & CEO
Leadership Role: Member of the Senior Management Team
Industry: Industrial Instrumentation / Technical Products
Experience: 10+ years of senior sales leadership and business development experience
Focus Areas: Revenue growth, strategic planning, business development, M&A support, channel development, and team leadership
