Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide subsequent short-term psychotherapy for clients dealing with various mental health issues, utilizing an evidence-based approach.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating techniques such as crisis intervention, stress management, couples counseling, and addiction therapy.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document clinical notes, track client progress, and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychologists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to establish optimal therapeutic interventions.

• Intervene effectively in crisis situations by assessing member needs and coordinating care, which may include psychiatric referrals or hospitalization.

• Participate in clinical meetings for case reviews and professional development, alongside your peers, to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients from diverse backgrounds, including veterans and their families, many of whom deal with unique challenges associated with military service such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. You will employ a holistic approach in your therapeutic methods, addressing mental health alongside family dynamics and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work.

• Active LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania, or equivalent doctoral licensure (Psy.D).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct psychotherapy experience, demonstrating proficiency in telehealth practices.

• Strong familiarity with diagnostic tools and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
