Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated patient care. Appropriately perform medical acts within licensure standards. Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions. Support daily operations and contribute to a safe clinical environment. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills. Lead and consult within the care team, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. What You Need: Valid Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in Vermont. At least 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient care. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour or are on visas.
