Pay & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 (final based on experience, education, and market factors)

What You'll Do:

• Support urology surgeons in diagnosis and treatment of urologic conditions
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and medical assessments
• Develop and execute personalized treatment and care plans
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist in urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and treatment options
• Manage post-operative and follow-up patient care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to coordinate care
• Adhere to universal precautions and OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards
• Perform clinical duties requiring manual dexterity and clinical documentation
• Support departmental operations alongside LPNs, medical assistants, and clerical staff
• Practice under the supervision of a licensed physician in a physician office setting

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• Ability to perform patient evaluations, diagnostic procedures, and assist in surgeries
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
