We serve businesses across multiple industries, including: Manufacturing Wholesale & Distribution Retail & Ecommerce Logistics & Supply Chain Warehousing Food Processing Multi‑location Businesses Professional Services Position Overview Job Title: Part‑Time ERP Business Development Manager Location: Remote – United States Employment Type: Part‑Time / Independent Contractor Compensation: Commission‑Based + Profit Sharing (uncapped earning potential) Industry: ERP Consulting & Digital Transformation This is a high‑potential business development opportunity for professionals with experience in ERP, technology consulting, SaaS sales, manufacturing consulting, or enterprise solution sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective clients across targeted industries. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, cold outreach, and partnerships. Build relationships with business owners, CFOs, COOs, operations managers, and technology decision‑makers. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Consultative Sales Engagement Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospective clients. Understand business workflows, operational challenges, and process inefficiencies. Coordinate ERP demonstrations and technical discussions with internal solution consultants. Assist in preparing proposals, project scope discussions, and commercial negotiations. Support the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to project onboarding. Strategic Partnerships Develop partnerships with CPA and accounting firms, manufacturing consultants, IT managed service providers, e‑commerce agencies, supply chain consultants, operations advisory firms, and technology implementation partners. Market Expansion Initiatives Support Scidecs Inc.’s growth strategy in the US market. Provide industry insights and market intelligence. Help identify new vertical opportunities and regional business networks. Preferred Experience ERP software sales. Odoo ERP implementation or consulting. NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, or similar ERP platforms. SaaS or enterprise technology sales. Manufacturing or operational consulting. Business process improvement consulting. Digital transformation initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities. Professional presentation and negotiation skills. Understanding of business operations and workflows. Self‑driven and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational and pipeline management skills. Existing business network is a considered advantage. Compensation Structure This role is structured as a performance‑driven commission and profit‑sharing opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Compensation Includes 15%–20% commission on self‑generated ERP implementation projects. 8%–12% commission on company‑provided leads. Recurring commissions for support contracts and account growth. Incentives for strategic partnerships and recurring client relationships. Typical Project Values ERP implementation engagements generally range from: $10,000 to $100,000+ per project.
