Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, you will engage in a range of responsibilities that are crucial to enhancing clients' recovery journeys. Your tasks will include:

• Working collaboratively with clients to establish comprehensive and individualized care plans that reflect their goals, challenges, and support systems.

• Providing compassionate counseling and emotional support to clients and their families as they navigate the detox process, helping them to cope with transitions and challenges.

• Advocating for clients’ rights and ensuring they have access to community resources, including support groups, healthcare services, and other essential services.

• Coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, including nurses and mental health professionals, to ensure seamless integration of services and enhance client outcomes.

• Monitoring clients’ progress regularly through virtual check-ins and adjusting care plans as needed to respond to evolving needs.

• Keeping accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, assessments, and progress in accordance with organizational policies and regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.

• A current and valid Texas state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
