What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during night shifts
• Manage acutely ill patients and coordinate care
• Perform admissions, discharges, and patient rounding
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Document patient encounters accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Follow facility protocols and ensure compliance with standards
• Support hospital initiatives and quality improvement projects (if applicable)

What You Need:

• Active NY Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
• Prior hospitalist or inpatient/internal medicine experience
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of EMR systems (preferred)
