Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney (5+ years’ experience) Brach Eichler LLC is seeking a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing and dynamic practice. This is a hands-on opportunity to manage a full caseload from intake through resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Drafting and responding to discovery Taking and defending depositions Participating in and trying cases Collaborating with and receiving mentorship from certified civil trial attorneys Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of law firm experience in personal injury litigation Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required); admission to the New York Bar is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases independently A demonstrated work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000+, with exact compensation determined based on individual qualifications. In addition, attorneys may be eligible for referral fees and a discretionary performance bonus.
