Responsibilities Collaborate across teams to identify key learning opportunities aligned with business initiatives. Develop and execute comprehensive learning plans using agency resources or self‑directed research. Present actionable insights through compelling presentations, reports, and other mediums. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies. Critical Thinking & Problem Solving : move beyond data collection to interpret what findings mean. Objective Analysis : comfort working with data and assessing evidence objectively. Storytelling & Communication : turn complex findings into simple, compelling narratives that drive business impact. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Strong understanding of market research fundamentals; experience crafting surveys, screeners, discussion guides, and analytic plans. Experience moderating consumer research highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in consumer insights, analytics, brand management, or a strategy‑focused role. Benefits Salary range: $115,520–$173,280. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and more.
