Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mosaic Mastery Wellness, your primary role will involve:

• Providing therapy sessions for couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their relationships and mental health.

• Specializing in various areas of family dynamics, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological distress, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans and interventions based on each client's unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing, improve communication, and strengthen relationships.
\n
• Documenting progress and outcomes in a timely manner, adhering to best practices in clinical reporting.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers within the clinic to coordinate care and integrate services for clients facing complex challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents. Your sessions will address a variety of significant issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse treatments.
\n
• Overcoming difficulties related to physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Helping clients cope with grief and significant loss.
\n
• Resolving conflicts between family members, such as sibling disagreements or relational tensions.

• Supporting families through separation, divorce, adjustment issues, and blended family dynamics.

Your ability to forge trusting relationships with clients will empower them to confront their challenges more effectively.\n

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
