Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health concerns of clients, formulating clinical diagnoses and customized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques, ensuring interventions are tailored to each client.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their immediate safety and developing appropriate follow-up plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in line with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Stay up-to-date with current best practices in mental health therapy through engaging in ongoing professional development activities, including access to the latest research and methodologies.

The clients you will serve range from young adults to seniors, facing a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
