While you will primarily engage with clients one-on-one through virtual platforms, our outpatient office in Kirkland serves as a supportive space for professional development and collaboration. Key Responsibilities In your role as an LMFT, you will take on various responsibilities, including: Providing individualized psychotherapy to clients, with the flexibility to also engage in couple and family therapy as needed. Conducting thorough assessments, crafting tailored treatment plans, and documenting client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address client needs effectively. Collaborating with fellow medical professionals to integrate holistic care practices into treatment strategies, enhancing patient progress and wellbeing. Offering consultation to other health professionals, fostering an environment of compassionate care infused with psychological insights. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals, couples, and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, providing you with a rich tapestry of experiences to engage with therapeutically. Qualifications To qualify for this position, candidates must possess: A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT). An active and valid LMFT license. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or medical environment. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members. Proficient understanding of maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality in therapeutic settings. Preferred Experience While the minimum qualifications ensure a solid foundation, the following additional experiences will be valued: Proven ability to implement various therapeutic modalities to cater to diverse client needs. Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team, demonstrating excellent collaborative decision-making skills. Compensation and Benefits We value our employees' contributions and offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
