Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of critical functions, including:

• Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support assigned populations.
\n
• Engaging in family and child counseling sessions for clients who meet established medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria.
\n
• Developing and facilitating psycho-educational groups, along with parenting classes, tailored to client needs.
\n
• Completing necessary client documentation, including case materials and statistical data, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols.
\n
• Maintaining accurate charting and reports, documenting progress and required information for your assigned client population in a timely manner.
\n
• Meeting contractual obligations by billing the requisite number of reimbursable hours, contributing to both personal and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Hollow Haven Counselling, you will work primarily with children and community clients, addressing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

We require our ideal candidate to possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with children and families in a mental health counseling capacity.
\n
• Exceptional organizational skills that facilitate effective case management and client documentation.
\n
• A self-driven and motivated work ethic, demonstrating the ability to proactively manage billing hours and documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the required qualifications, candidates with experience in developing therapeutic programs or conducting workshops in community settings are encouraged to apply.
