Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to clients, utilizing best practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to their needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health journey.

• Conduct thorough assessments by collecting relevant data about clients through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques, facilitating accurate evaluations and interventions.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, delivering both individual therapy and collateral therapy, ensuring that each client receives the attention they deserve.

• Oversee the quality of case documentation by reviewing client files for accuracy and completeness; ensuring all reporting, assessments, care plans, and progress notes are up-to-date and aligned with clinical standards.

• Regularly update assessment protocols to reflect best practices in mental health and organizational directives, actively contributing to the refinement of workflow efficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
