Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy sessions to clients, encompassing various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to formulate thoughtful case conceptualizations, identifying client strengths and areas for growth.

• Engage in collaborative case management by working with other professionals involved in a client’s care, ensuring a cohesive treatment approach.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, as required by licensure and organizational standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Parkside range widely in age and presenting issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral difficulties. Our trauma-specialty focus means that you will be equipped to handle complex mental health challenges, guiding clients towards healing and recovery through specialized practices and a supportive therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current, active licensure in the State of Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, allowing for independent practice.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, actively providing therapy as a primary clinician.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and specialized knowledge in trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

• Previous telehealth experience, particularly in adapting therapeutic techniques for virtual sessions, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
