Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized mental health counseling to clients, tailoring your interventions to address their unique needs, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to develop, monitor, and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to meet legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Design individualized care strategies that include therapeutic techniques suited to each client and provide resources for ongoing growth and relapse prevention post-treatment.

• Engage in community outreach efforts and participate in events to raise awareness about mental health services and build strong relationships with local organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population dealing with various challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, stress management, and relationship dynamics. As part of your role, you will provide therapy to adolescents, adults, and families, helping them navigate their mental health journeys with empathy and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, with demonstrated competence in individual and group therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms, as well as knowledge of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.

• Experience working with underserved populations or in community mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of $80,000 – $90,000.
