Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide clinical services that cater to the individual needs of clients, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that are recovery-focused.

• Continuously assess clients’ treatment needs through individualized evaluations and adjust therapeutic strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with clients in creating and implementing individual service plans that address their personal and social challenges.

• Facilitate skill-building sessions, helping clients develop essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills.
\n
• Provide educational resources about available community services and advocate for clients, connecting them with necessary support systems.

• Engage in symptom monitoring and management, aiming to enhance clients' understanding of their conditions and empower them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on working with adults who may be facing various mental health challenges that inhibit their ability to maintain stability and independence in the community. You will be instrumental in helping clients develop daily living skills, enhance their coping strategies, and connect with resources that foster both personal and social growth.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license, which may include any of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision and an impeccable record with no disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Proficient computer skills and reliable technology setup for remote work, including a good Wi-Fi connection.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and a genuine passion for supporting mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

While required qualifications are necessary, we also value candidates who bring additional experience to the table, such as:
