Gemeinsam mit dem bestehenden Management arbeiten Sie ein umfassendes Wertsteigerungskonzept aus und setzen dieses Konzept konsequent um. Dabei sind Sie sowohl Ansprechpartner für externe Partner (z.B. Kreditinstitute, Berater, Gesellschafter) als auch Führungs- und Identifikationsfigur für die Mitarbeiter.**Ihre Aufgaben*** Ergebnisverantwortliche kaufmännische Gesamtsteuerung der Unternehmensgruppe* Führung sämtlicher kaufmännischer Funktionen mit den Schwerpunkten Finance, Controlling, Rechnungswesen (HGB- und IFRS-Konsolidierung), Steuern* Sicherstellung eines präzisen, transparenten und regelkonformen Rechnungswesens inkl. komplexer Sachverhalte wie Teilgewinnrealisierung (IFRS 15)* Nachhaltige Ergebnis- und Cash-Steuerung, elastbares Banken- und Kreditlinienmanagement inkl. Reporting, Covenant Monitoring und Finanzierungsstrukturierung* Gruppenweite Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse, -systeme und -strukturen entlang der Transformationsagenda des Unternehmens* Ansprechpartner für den Gesellschafter Aurelius in allen finanziellen Belangen* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den AURELIUS Teams bei Value Creation Initiativen, Buy & Build Ansätzen und strategischen Projekten* aktive Begleitung von M&A-Prozessen (Add-ons, Exit) inkl. Datenraum, Financial Fact Book, Q&A und Buyer Negotiations* Führung & Entwicklung des Finanzteams sowie starke Präsenz im operativen Tagesgeschäft**Ihr Profil*** Mehrjährige kaufmännische Gesamtverantwortung in einer dezentral organisierten Unternehmensgruppe des Mittelstands* mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung / Wirtschaftsprüfung / Investment Bank, in der Durchführung von M&A-Transaktionen und nachweisbare Erfolge bei Exits von Vorteil* Fundierte Expertise in HGB- und IFRS-Abschlüssen, Finanzierung und Working-Capital Steuerung - Vertraut mit und versiert in Veränderungsprozessen, wie Transformations- und Wachstums-Phasen* Erfahrung in der Integration neu akquirierter Unternehmen, inkl.
