Accounting Clerk

We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a structured environment, and is looking to grow their accounting career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume data entry and assist with general ledger transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and support balance sheet reconciliations
  • Accurately post checks, credit card transactions, and payments
  • Assist with the month-end close process
  • Provide support during internal and external audits
  • Maintain organized and compliant financial records, including invoices and receipts
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance team members on daily operations
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
