Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wellness Social Attend Corporation, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic sessions with couples and families, often focusing on both joint and individual meetings to address underlying issues.

• Create tailored treatment plans that take into consideration the unique dynamics and challenges faced by each family member.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients dealing with issues such as alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, and adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce.

• Document patient progress diligently, using our digital health records system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with established protocols.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, including:

• Alcohol abuse and addiction recovery.

• Dealing with grief and loss, helping clients navigate through life's transitions.

• Addressing family conflicts, including mother/daughter dynamics and sibling rivalries.

• Facilitating effective communication among family members to reduce tension and improve relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related discipline.
