Service AdvisorWe are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong typing capabilities, and previous car experience. Every day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks: presenting work to customers, addressing customer inquiries, and managing the readiness of the lobby, etc.Responsibilities:Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining profitabilityConvert every Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) into a clear, prioritized estimate for the clientMaintain a personal Close Ratio of at least 25%Lobby Management & Customer Experience coordinatorActively sell high-margin fluid services (Coolant, Brake, Transmission) and Filter packages (Cabin/Air) identified by technicians.Accurately process all transactions, ensuring credit card signatures match and cash drawers balance dailyHandle national fleet paperwork and authorizations (e.g., Hertz, SilverRock, ARI) immediately upon vehicle arrival.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredValid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are requiredSuccessful completion of a background screeningAt least 1 year of experience in salesCompensation: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearAs a leader in the automotive aftermarket, Meineke is constantly looking for driven and talented individuals to join our team.
