Job Summary

Under the direction of an assigned department supervisor, perform a variety of clerical accounting duties in support of assigned accounts and functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bookkeeping and purchasing; prepare a wide variety of financial information and reports; maintain related financial and statistical records and files.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proof of HS Graduation (Proof of HS Graduation or equivalent)
• Typing Certificate (5 Min 40 wpm Net Speed (No Online Typing Certificates Accepted) )

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of an assigned department supervisor, perform a variety of clerical accounting duties in support of assigned accounts and functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bookkeeping and purchasing; prepare a wide variety of financial information and reports; maintain related financial and statistical records and files.


JOB REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm. Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and two years of general clerical accounting experience, including working with bookkeeping, finance, statistics or similar duties requiring regular use of mathematics and accurate record keeping.
