Accountant/Bookkeeper (Quickbooks software proficient)

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join us! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization and some Quickbooks entry/reconciliation work for clients on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Tax data entry for federal and state income tax return filings
- Manage billing, contacts and general information for small CPA firm
- Plan and maintain work facilities and outstanding client balances
- Provide administrative assistance to owner and other employee
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- Schedule personal appointments for business owner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with individual federal and state tax returns
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Quickbooks software
- Provide assistance with owner in regards to personal issues
Overtime and Saturdays required during tax season
