Legal Billing Analyst

Our client is a prestigious law firm in Manhattan. This role will sit on-site 1x a week. Responsibilities: Supports updates and revisions to existing rate arrangements, implement/apply finalized agreements and ensures that rates and other key matter data are properly assigned on an ongoing basis Serves as the initial/primary point of contact for assigned clients on rate, pricing and reporting issues and coordinate client facing reporting Reviews and summarizes client billing policies to determine the impact to ongoing matter management and the invoicing process Coordinates and executes the annual bill rate-setting process in the U.S Provides functional and administrative support for Firm's matter management/budgeting tool and coaches partners and associates in its use and assists the same in the development of matter budgets Leading quarterly access review process for internal audit and reporting Qualifications: 4+ years of legal billing experience Law firm experience is required Elite 3E or Aderant experience is a must Excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal The annual base salary range is $85k to $100k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
