We offer excellent salaries ($50K-$60K STARTING RATE for Managers based on experience, $60K-$85K rate for Senior Managers, Assistant General Managers, and General Managers). Higher salary commensurate with experience and performance. Senior managers and G.M. level managers receive G.M. salaries based on merit increases regardless of whether a G.M. position is available. Our management position offers a 5-day work week, and our benefit package includes full medical, dental, and vision, paid parking, uniform expense, and a 25% employee discount privilege.
