Operations Finance Manager

We are in need of an Operations Finance Manager to oversee operations for a manufacturing and warehouse business in the Cleveland, OH area. This role involves managing production, logistics, finance, quality, safety, and administrative functions.

Seeking a dynamic leader who can drive plant performance, financial discipline, customer service, and team management.

Duties:

• Direct daily operations for manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, maintenance, finance, and support departments
• Ensure production schedules, staffing, materials, equipment, quality standards, and customer delivery targets are met
• Supervise financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, accounting, credit, and internal controls
• Implement process enhancements, cost control measures, inventory accuracy improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Enhance warehouse performance, material flow, shipping accuracy, order fulfillment, and inventory management
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, finance, HR, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, safety, quality, tax, and regulatory standards
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to operations and finance staff
• Resolve operational issues impacting customer satisfaction, delivery timelines, costs, quality, or service levels
• Support strategic planning, performance evaluations, and organizational enhancement efforts
• Act as a U.S. entity representative/signatory as directed by executive management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, supply chain, operations, or related discipline
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, operations, or similar industry
• Understanding of finance, budgeting, reporting, internal controls, and cost management
• Background in overseeing people, processes, performance metrics, and cross-functional business areas
• Knowledge of safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory guidelines
• Strong problem-solving, communication, planning, and team leadership abilities
• Capability to enhance processes while upholding customer service, quality, and financial responsibility
