Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the Role:


We're looking for an analytical, results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead demand generation for the Yardi Commercial team. This role is less about producing campaigns and more about making them perform. You'll own paid media strategy across trade advertising, paid social, sponsored content, and display, and serve as the single source of truth for marketing performance, reporting spend, cost per lead, and ROAS by channel to leadership. You'll dig into how we acquire leads, where they land in the funnel, and what moves them to the next stage, directing our paid media execution team with clear briefs and priorities rather than hand-building every placement. You'll also partner with campaign specialists, product marketing, and events to build paid amplification into campaigns from the start, run webinar promotion and lead follow-up, and optimize landing pages and websites to turn traffic into qualified pipeline.

What You 'll Do:

• Develop and manage marketing strategies and plans for an assigned product line or vertical market
• Collaborate with internal teams-including writers, designers, and product stakeholders-to execute marketing campaigns
• Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as email campaigns, brochures, videos, social media, and press releases
• Support event marketing efforts by delivering promotional materials, event displays, swag, and presentation content for Yardi and industry events

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• A minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience
• Prior experience in business to business (B2B) marketing organization
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, proof reading and editing skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others
• Determination and internal self-motivation

Ideal to Have:

• Experience in specified product/market/industry
• Marketing software (project management, CRM, website CMS)
• Enterprise software and real estate industry experience

Annual Salary Range: $80,800 - $90,900
