What You'll Do:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of inpatient and outpatient populations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries adhering to departmental policies
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and family discussions
• Coordinate and supervise student and volunteer programs
• Assist with departmental orientation, patient scheduling, and staff supervision
• Support performance improvement initiatives and departmental productivity standards
• Foster positive relationships with medical staff and community resources
• Engage in community outreach and educational opportunities
• Perform other related duties as needed

What You Need:

• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification from AHA
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong clinical evaluation and treatment skills
• Ability to adapt care to diverse patient needs and cultural considerations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
